Who we are

• Dr. Vera Bernard-Opitz is a licenced Clinical Psychologist and Psychological Psychotherapist (Germany). For many years she has specialized in helping children and adolescents with autism and other developmental and behavior disorders.
  
  
• She also has an American license as BCBA-D (Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate) and works as supervisor for an American ABA company.
  
  
• She has worked as Associate Professor of Psychology at the National University of Singapore and coordinated the STEP Center for children with autism for 15 years.
  
  
• She has edited several books and gives workshops and talks focusing on behavior problems, development of communication and social behavior as well as on visual support.
